We use Royal Mail delivery service which covers the five location categories UK, Europe and World Zones 1, 2 & 3.

Note: Delivery timescales are in ‘working days’, not weekends or public holidays. This should be considered a guide, as sometimes it may take longer. Also since Brexit orders going to some European countries have been taking a lot longer than the advertised days set by Royal Mail.
Large orders that do not fit into our standard categories will show as £0.00 for shipping during the order process. We will then email you with the calculated shipping cost.

Overseas Orders
International order are shipped using Royal Mail, most parcels are tracked.
Orders being sent out with the UK will have a CN22 Customs Declaration form completed and stuck to the package.
Normally no customs fee will be due, however dependant on the country and the products purchased the recipient maybe charged a customs fee. The fee value and whether it will be required is out the control of Isleofskye.com. If you decide you do not wish to pay the fee, the package should then be returned to us. We have also had instances where the local delivery service has incorrectly claimed that customs has not been paid and returned the package to us.
Upon receiving the package back we will check the condition of the items, if no item is damaged we will refund your order minus the shipping fee.
Prints
Unlike stocked items (maps, books, ect.) Prints are produced to order, with production normally completed within 3 working days. Prints are then shipped direct from the Print Studio in London to your door using Royal Mail.
As prints are shipped directly from London (not Skye) the shipping cost is added per print, just select your shipping zone to be charged appropriately.
